Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced imaging and support equipment to capture crucial data of the heart and vascular system.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent credential.
• State license for Radiologic Technologist as required by New Jersey.
• ARRT (R) required OR CCI RCIS certification.
• BLS required. ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical Cath Lab experience required. Preferred candidates with additional Cath Lab hospital experience.
• Experience with cardiac catheterizations, permanent pacemaker (PPM) implants, and peripheral angiography preferred.
• Experience using Philips fluoroscopy systems, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP/Balloon pump), and ACIST power injectors preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC and Merge charting systems preferred.
• First-time traveler candidates accepted.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Primary Specialty: Cath Lab Tech.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Day 4x10 (06:30-17:00).
• Case Load: Approximately 7 cases per day.
• Call Requirements: 9 shifts per month. Monday-Thursday call 17:00-06:00; one weekend per month includes Friday 17:00-06:00 and a weekend block covering Saturday/Sunday 06:00-06:00.
• Procedures: Cardiac caths, PPM implants, peripheral angiographies required.
• Equipment: Philips X-ray, Impella, balloon pump, ACIST injector.
• Charting Systems: EPIC and Merge.
• Floating: Candidates may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
