2nd Shift General Laborer Entry Level

Shift 2nd Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm

Payrate $17.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic assembly tasks including folding, assembling, and packaging components into boxes or other containers
• Inspect and collate games, puzzles, or related products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify defective components or finished products and report issues as appropriate
• Assist with limited material handling duties as needed
• Maintain productivity and meet established performance standards
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Support operations in other cost centers as required
• Assist in training other employees when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the facility

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify defects
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple departments as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to handle materials and products safely
