Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their small animal practice providing care for dogs and cats. This opportunity is suited to veterinarians who enjoy practicing comprehensive medicine with a strong emphasis on surgery and dentistry. The role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a skilled technical team while delivering high-quality patient care across wellness, medical, urgent care, surgical, and dental cases.

Working Hours / Rota
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with the hospital closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals. The role includes managing a varied caseload consisting of wellness visits, medical cases, and urgent care, with a strong emphasis on surgical and dental procedures supported by dedicated surgical and dental facilities. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, performing soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position also involves collaborating closely with the support team and maintaining clear, compassionate communication with clients. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

The hospital has served its community for over 30 years and operates from a modern, purpose-built facility designed to support efficient workflow and high-quality veterinary care. The facility includes nine exam rooms, two fully equipped surgery suites, a dedicated dental suite with advanced technology, and an expanded treatment area. Team amenities include a spacious breakroom with kitchenette and staff facilities designed to support a comfortable working environment. Services offered include Healthy Pet Plans, Wellness Care, Senior Care, Stress-Free Visits, Dental Care, Surgery, Integrative Medicine, Laboratory and Radiology Services, End of Life Care, Nutrition, Microchipping, Pharmacy Services, and Urgent Care.

The hospital is supported by 4 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative environment where teamwork and strong technical support allow veterinarians to practice efficient, high-quality medicine.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
