SCOPE

Reports to the CIO
Collaborates with most other departments to support the business

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to support manufacturing operations.
Design, develop, and maintain APis to integrate various systems and applications.
Utilize JavaScript and SQL to build and optimize web applications and databases.
Develop and customize ERP systems to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing processes.
Implement new systems and conduct UAT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on manufacturing.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL

Extensive experience with ERP customization and implementation
Extensive experience with API design and development.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
