Our Bakery schedule is expanding, and we are hiring Line Operators at Nestlé's Medford manufacturing facility who will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families.

Schedule: 12Hour Rotational | 223 Pattern

Shifts:

• AM: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• PM: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (+$3/hr shift differential)

• Starting Pay: $22.00/hr + additional $3.00/hr for PM Shift
• Quarterly Incentive Bonuses

• Operate across multiple stations on Assembly Line 3
• Inspect, weigh, and monitor ingredients and product for accuracy
• Maintain production pace and prevent line interruptions
• Identify quality versus nonconforming product
• Perform backup duties as assigned
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

All new hires begin on an 8hour training shift based on trainer availability:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

The full 12hour 223 schedule is expected to begin the week of April 6, 2026.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations (wet, dry, warm, cool)
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and reading skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred - especially in food or beverage
• Familiarity with GMPs is a plus
