Full-time Receptionist Needed !

Competition BMW of Smithtown seeks a Front Desk Sales Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. At Competition BMW of Smithtown , we believe our associates are our greatest asset. We provide ongoing training and reward outstanding effort and results.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all customers coming into the dealership with a friendly attitude and uncover their needs.
  • Answer phones, direct consumers to the proper department, and follow up promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Operate switchboard telephone system.
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the length of time customers spend on hold.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a receptionist or in customer service is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Monday 12-8

Tuesday 12-8

Wednesday 12-8

Thursday 9-5

Friday 9-5

Compensation details: 18-19 Hourly Wage
