Concord at Geneva Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist with maintenance improvement projects
- Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
- Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
- Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
- Perform work order requests
- Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal
Maintenance technician skills:
- Home repair or handyman skills
- Experience with painting
- Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
- Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies
Schedule
The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
