The essential job responsibilities of the Painter Maintenance position are to prepare surfaces for painting; paint various equipment, structures/buildings; repair windows; hang/repair vinyl wall covering; stripe parking lots; and install tile floors.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Painter Maintenance role, you must:
-Successfully complete Placement/Performance Exercises
-Be able to differentiate mixed/sample colors
-Have knowledge/skills in painting
-Have a valid driver's license from state of residence

Physical Working Conditions:
Works inside and outside. Subject to hazards of falling, working in proximity of high voltage electricity, chlorine gas, fluoride acids, steam boilers/pipes under pressure, electrical equipment, operating machinery, traffic, working with rotary power tools, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, pushing, pulling, balancing, grasping, standing/walking for long periods of time, heavy lifting and climbing heights to 200 feet.
