Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and preparation
• Knife skills for precise cutting and chopping
• Ensuring food quality and consistency
• Portion control to minimize waste
• Back of house operations including fryer and grilling

Required Skills:

• Food handling and preparation experience
• ServSafe Food Handler certification
• Quality of service mindset
• Knowledge of catering, baking, and cooking techniques
• Strong sanitation practices and food safety knowledge

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage management
• ServSafe Certified
• Ordering and merchandising skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $36,000.00
