Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team full-time. Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental challenges
• Create and implement treatment plans to address fine motor, self-care, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multi-disciplinary team members to support treatment goals
• Track, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately
• Promote independence and confidence in children through skill-building and support

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience with autism and neurological developmental conditions preferred
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping children
