Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and creative industry, is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will be part of the Creative Department supporting marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer

Location: Princeton, NJ

Pay Range: 42/hr -47/hr on w2

What's the Job?

  • Design and produce brand-consistent marketing assets including print collateral, digital graphics, presentations, infographics, and campaign visuals.
  • Develop and extend visual systems such as typography, layout structure, color standards, iconography, and illustration styles.
  • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital outputs ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos and motion graphics, including cuts, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and simple animations.
  • Create interactive presentations and digital experiences for web, e-learning, and event usage.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals and multimedia capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with Figma for layout, collaboration, and system design.
  • Ability to build interactive digital content and optimize assets for web, mobile, and social platforms.
