What You'll Be Doing

• Safely perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling
• Support plant operations by assisting with equipment checks and basic maintenance activities
• Monitor work areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient production conditions
• Follow standard operating procedures and communicate issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in varied environmental conditions
• Capability to learn and operate tools, equipment, and machinery used in plant operations
• Reliability, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and support changing work priorities

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
