Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Create visually appealing plate presentation
• Utilize scratch cooking techniques
• Prepare dishes with precision

Required 

• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Experience with portion control and batch cooking
• Proficiency in soup and sauce making
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with back of house operations

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
