The facility operates as an occupational medicine clinic providing comprehensive workplace health services and urgent care treatment in an outpatient setting. The clinic serves both private companies and governmental agencies through scheduled appointments and walk-in services. New clinicians typically receive a one-week orientation and training period alongside a permanent physician before working independently.

The clinician will treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating occupational injuries, performing DOT certifications, pre-placement physicals, public safety examinations, and surveillance physicals for various private companies and governmental agencies. The physician will evaluate urgent care patients on a walk-in basis while maintaining professional documentation standards using AllScripts EMR system and communicating with employers regarding patient care plans. The position requires completing all activities with welcoming, skillful, and respectful behaviors while exhibiting professional standards at all times.
