Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital currently hiring for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The practice serves cats and dogs and is known for its comprehensive and compassionate veterinary care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The ideal schedule for this position would be four weekdays with rotating Saturdays. Specific doctor hours are open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves full general practice responsibilities including wellness care, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics. The hospital welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering strong mentorship and support to ensure a smooth transition and continued professional development.

Practice Details
The hospital features state-of-the-art equipment and provides a broad range of services including wellness care, dental care, surgical services, exotic pet services, pet boarding, pet grooming, diagnostics, end of life care, laboratory services, microchipping, nutrition, pharmacy, and urgent care.

Team
The team consists of two DVMs supported by a great support staff. The hospital fosters a collaborative and mentorship-focused environment, ensuring team members feel supported and empowered in their roles.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
