Director of Plant Operations

Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute departmental objectives, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.
• Oversee and assess departmental operations, including patient care services, information systems, service levels, and issue resolution, to ensure quality and performance targets are met.
• Manage workforce planning activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and ongoing training and development.
• Develop, track, and evaluate departmental budgets, ensuring financial compliance and effective use of resources.
• Lead and coordinate both internal and external audit processes.
• Cultivate a workplace culture that supports continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure alignment of departmental functions with the broader continuum of care and organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
