Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited or stateapproved practical nursing program

  • Active LPN license in the State of Ohio

  • Minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience (home care experience preferred)

  • Phlebotomy and wound care experience required

  • Successful completion of the NAPNES medication exam or equivalent prior to medication administration
