Electrical Engineer – Technical Lead - Data Centers (Remote)

Overview

We are hiring a Technical Lead Electrical Engineer to support the design and execution of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems for hyperscale data centers
• Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and installation documentation
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and industry standards
• Perform system analysis, load balancing, and capacity planning
• Support system testing, commissioning, and ongoing optimization
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering (data centers preferred)
• PE or P.Eng required
• Strong experience with power distribution, backup systems, and critical infrastructure
• Familiarity with BIM tools (ACC preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation

$180K – $200K
