Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating design reviews, managing subcontractors, controlling budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time. The Senior Project Manager will support both office-based project coordination and on-site project execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project implementation.
• Lead and participate in design reviews.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors.
• Obtain and review quotations from subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure schedule adherence.
• Conduct site visits throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets including labor and material costs.
• Oversee final drawings and documentation packages for pre-engineered and integrated projects.
• Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support project execution from kickoff through closeout.

Essential Skills

• Project management experience.
• Experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of PLC and HMI programming.
• Ability to read 2D structural steel prints.
• Project site management skills with up to 25% travel required.

Work Environment

The work environment involves both office-based tasks and on-site project execution. The role requires up to 25% travel and involves overseeing projects from kickoff through to closeout.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dublin,OH.
