Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that provides care for cats and dogs and is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. This position will join a team focused on delivering a full spectrum of general practice care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Doctor hours are open to discussion, and the position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible scheduling available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves the full scope of general practice responsibilities, supporting patients through routine wellness, medical concerns, and surgical needs. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is well-equipped with a surgical suite, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, a full in-house laboratory, and a well-stocked pharmacy. They provide a full scope of general practice services within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Team
The team includes one DVM supported by four technicians, two receptionists, and one hospital administrator. The staff goes above and beyond for each other, clients, and patients, creating a collaborative environment where they celebrate and grow together.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
