Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is a full-service small animal practice that provides care exclusively for cats and dogs.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The position can be either full-time or part-time, with doctor hours open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-service general practice role, open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across a broad range of services, including urgent care.

Practice Details
The hospital has been proudly serving its local community with compassionate, high-quality care since 1993. The team is dedicated to providing progressive, personalized medical treatment tailored to each patient's unique needs. The facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies, including digital radiography, cold therapy laser, surgical cutting laser, ultrasound, dental equipment, lift tables, in-house Idexx lab equipment, and a full pharmacy area. It features three exam rooms and two separate entrances-one specifically for feline patients and one for dogs-to help create a calm, stress-free environment for both pets and their owners.

Team
The team consists of three DVMs and a strong support staff made up of technicians and assistants. The practice prides itself on its experienced, tenured team and the strong, supportive culture that has been cultivated, making it an excellent environment for veterinary professionals to grow their careers.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
