Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee day- to- day logistics and operational activities, including staff leadership and performance management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead the deployment of personnel, equipment, mobile disaster field hospitals, and base camps to disaster sites nationwide.
  • Analyze complex logistics and operational challenges, develop actionable solutions, and drive effective implementation.
  • Anticipate future logistical support needs and proactively plan strategies to meet evolving operational demands.
  • Assign and supervise staff across multiple projects, aligning resources with project complexity, timelines, and emergency response priorities.
  • Coordinate closely with sister companies to ensure seamless product deliveries, training alignment, and operational integration.
  • Maintain oversight of all equipment, supplies, and inventory, ensuring readiness, accountability, and proper tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable operational standards, safety requirements, and response protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support mission success and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, including military service.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, disaster response, or military operations, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
  • Recent military experience (separated within the past 5 years) strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven leadership and team ? building ability.
  • Highly organized, detail ? oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and workforce or communication tools (e.g., Connecteam).
  • Demonstrated project management, training, and presentation skills.
  • Self ? directed professionals with strong work ethic, integrity, and collaborative mindset.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
