Daily Responsibilities:

• Construct and install decks, docks, and boat houses according to project specifications
• Perform structural inspections and repairs on existing walkways and piers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete carpentry tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment at all times

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction and finish carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in cabinetry, framing, and siding
• Knowledge of scaffolding, tile installation, and drywall finishing
• Experience with roofing, concrete work, and carpentry fabrication

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with blueprint reading and installation of hand tools
• Previous experience in remodeling and finishing projects

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00; Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
