The Project Coordinator supports Engineering, Procurement, and Construction project teams by coordinating schedules, tracking project activities, and ensuring alignment across disciplines. This role plays a critical support function within complex EPC projects by maintaining visibility into project progress, facilitating communication, and helping ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain on track.
The Project Coordinator does not own execution or decision making authority, but serves as a central coordination point across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
Project Coordination & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules based on input from engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths
Coordinate schedule updates and ensure alignment across disciplines
Assist with schedule analysis, identifying potential delays, conflicts, or risks
Engineering, Procurement & Construction Support
Coordinate activities between:
o Engineering design teams
o Procurement and supply chain partners
o Construction and field execution teams
Track engineering deliverables, procurement status, material readiness, and construction activities
Support integration of engineering outputs into procurement and construction schedules
Reporting & Communication
Prepare regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards
Support project meetings by organizing agendas, documenting notes, and tracking action items
Communicate schedule changes, risks, and issues to project leadership
Ensure accurate project documentation and version control
Controls & Administration
Track commitments, approvals, and documentation in accordance with project controls and internal procedures
Support compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and internal governance processes
Assist with change management tracking and documentation

Pay: $35-45/hr

Experience supporting large scale capital or infrastructure projects
Exposure to EPC contract structures and project delivery models
Familiarity with construction sequencing, procurement lead times, and engineering deliverables
Experience working with cross functional and field based teams
Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Controls, or Project Support role within an EPC environment
Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction workflows
Proficiency with project scheduling tools (e. g., MS Project or equivalent
