The Columbus Regional Airport Authority manages and operates passenger-focused John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), cargo-focused Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK), and general aviation airport Bolton Field (TZR).

Your "Take Off" will be successful by doing the following with excellence:
- Supervise work of assigned staff, including assigning and reviewing work, and providing feedback and coaching, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
- Prepare work orders, shift brief forms, weekly reports, update work plans and project tracker.
- Develop and coordinate annual maintenance and repairs for all airfield maintenance equipment.
- Provide direct supervision to various teams and lead the airfield maintenance snow removal operations.
- Assist in developing the annual department operating budget.
- Perform related work as required.
Your "Landing" will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma and minimum three (3) years of experience in operating heavy equipment, or equivalent education and years of experience
- Possess a valid Ohio Driver's License and Commercial Driver's License (Class B with Airbrake Endorsement), in good standing
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of general mechanics of vehicles and power tools
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously
- Able to work rotating shifts, as needed
- Pay Rate: $37.00/hour plus shift differential
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana (medical marijuana cards are not acceptable)
