Education SUPERINTENDENTOF SCHOOLS TheForest City Regional School District is seeking a dynamic andinnovative leader to be its next Superintendent of Schools nolater than July 1, 2026 . Candidates shall demonstrate superiorcommunication skills, possess the ability to multi-task, beexperienced in building projects, inspire trust, have high levels ofself-confidence and optimism, and model high standards of integrityand personal performance.Candidatesshall have experience dealing with employee representativegroups/unions and be capable of developing both short- andlong-range district goals. They must demonstrate the ability todevelop and manage budgets and work cooperatively with the Board andkeep the Board informed. Candidates should have an excellentorganizational background and strong leadership in proactivedecision making.TheDistrict has a student population of 800 and an instructional andsupport staff of approximately 126 employees. Forest City RegionalSchool District has an annual budget of $19.0 million.
