Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires of all levels for Red Roof
- Work with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Manage the recruiting module in the HRIS system (i.e. UKG, ADP, Workday, etc.)
- Conduct new hire orientation for all new employees
- Process new hire paperwork, ensure employee information is correct
- Review and update job descriptions
- Update company organizational chart on a regular basis
- Manage talent acquisition based projects, such as compensation reviews, purchasing new hire welcome gifts, interview guides, internal application process, etc.
- Assist with other human resource processes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruiting
- Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks
- Intermediate knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- The ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Critical thinker and problem - solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
