Position Summary

As a Senior Technology Recruiter, Data Science and Engineering at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by attracting and hiring top technical talent. In this strategic role, you will design and execute data-driven recruiting strategies to support complex, fast-moving business needs across data science, machine learning, software engineering, and data engineering. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, leveraging insights, technology, and innovative recruiting practices to deliver exceptional candidate experiences, drive operational excellence within Workday, and continuously improve talent acquisition processesall while fostering collaboration, learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Recruiting : Design, build, execute, and measure recruiting plans to attract top talent.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving : Use data to solve recruiting problems and provide insights.
  • Operational Excellence : Leverage internal resources and your team to achieve operational excellence and 100% compliance within Workday, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Process Improvement : Enhance processes and champion innovative talent acquisition ideas.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring leaders through proactive communication and feedback.
  • Collaboration : Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
  • Flexibility : Recruit for various profiles (Data Scientist, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, etc.) and adapt to different business areas.
  • A Learning Mindset : A proven passion for continuous learning, attending training sessions, or obtaining certifications in HR/Recruiting.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for technology roles, supporting technical teams and organizations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • 2+ years of experience hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Development, and/or Machine Learning roles.
  • 2+ years of experience with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers, effectively managing competing priorities and timelines.

This role is eligible for full-time remote work or a hybrid schedule of three days per week in our Hartford, CT office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate recruiting, specializing in technology recruitment.
  • Proven ability to influence, advise and present to key stakeholders utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Proven capability to assess technical depth and impact, consistently identifying the top 10% of talent within specialized technical disciplines.
  • Strong capability to understand and clearly articulate our stakeholders business needs, team objectives and value propositions to candidates.
  • Experience working with Phenom as the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
