Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a first-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations, with a focus on picking, packing, and general warehouse duties to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and data entry
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to support a productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse work preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting
• Dependable, with a good work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
