Job role:

We are seeking a hard-working sales driven person for a full-time position as our Branch Manager for Columbus and surrounding areas. This role focuses on driving sales through wholesale distribution, growing existing accounts, and building new relationships. Developing and executing advertising campaigns to increase sales and maximize profitability.

Maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that advertising campaigns meet client expectations.

Overseeing sales activities for advertising products and services and managing a dynamic sales team to achieve company sales goals.

Conducting high level client sales meetings and presentations to move the sales process towards agreement.

These responsibilities highlight the critical role of an Advertising Sales Manager in driving business success.

Your time will be spent prospecting, managing a sales team, managing warehouse organization and warehouse staff, making outbound calls, visiting customers, and closing deals. To be the right person for the position you must be comfortable talking to customers and managing sales staff and accounts. We sell mostly to tire stores and car dealerships new and used. Our products include wheels, aftermarket and OEM style lug nuts, TPMS, and leveling kits for trucks.

Compensation details:

Compensation ranges: $110K+ per year, health Insurance, employee discounts.

$80k per year salary and targeted commission range of $35-55K + per year.

Attributes of the sales manager are:

Sales driven, task oriented, proficient at MS Office, computer savvy, bi-lingual is a plus, wheel fitment knowledge a plus but not necessary, strong customer service skills, reliable, clean or good driving record. You must have the ability to understand customer needs and have the right solutions to solve issues.

Responsibilities:

Grow and maintain customer accounts in your assigned area.

Lead a sales team

Assist accounts receivable team with collections.

Research accounts and turn those opportunities into sales and lasting customers.

Meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets.
