Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example and is comfortable managing both people and property operations.

You will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate building improvements, and manage apartment turnover schedules to ensure units are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians
• Manage apartment turns and unit readiness
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Communicate with management, vendors, and residents

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building systems
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, and basic landscaping
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
