Information Technology/Operational Technology Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated IT/ OT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT/ OT Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, engineering, automation, and plant operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage projects integrating industrial automation systems with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing data platforms.
• Oversee project phases including architecture design, implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), and production rollout to meet operational goals.
• Ensure interoperability between industrial systems, enterprise IT platforms, and operational applications to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and reports focused on the IT workstream, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

What's Needed?

• Strong technical expertise in industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience managing industrial networks and OT infrastructure, with familiarity in integrating enterprise platforms like SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of waterfall and scrum methodologies to effectively lead projects in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices to safeguard operational technology.
• 7+ years of experience in IT, OT, or industrial automation environments, with proven success in IT/OT convergence within manufacturing settings.
