Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Wealth Management Sourcer to join their team. As a Wealth Management Sourcer, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Identify and connect with passive candidates for various Wealth Management roles
• Assess candidate interest levels and qualifications to ensure a good fit
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and recruiting teams
• Maintain strong partnerships with recruiters to ensure effective candidate sourcing
• Utilize innovative sourcing tools and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience
• Experience recruiting or sourcing for FINRA licensed financial advisors preferred
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill requisitions
• High volume outbound activity skills via phone and sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of the latest sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and Google
