Facilities Technician

Location: Duncan, SC
Pay: $25+hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Hours: Approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (subject to change)
Overtime: Possible, including weekends as needed

HTI is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician for a manufacturing facility in Duncan, SC. This role is ideal for a "jack-of-all-trades" who can support facility maintenance, repairs, and small renovation projects while ensuring the building remains safe and operational.

• Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
• Complete basic electrical work (lighting, outlets, minor wiring)
• Assist with minor HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
• Support renovation and improvement projects (painting, light construction, etc.)
• Track and respond to work orders and facility requests
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed
• Conduct routine inspections and address safety or maintenance issues
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards

• 5+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and general construction
• Basic HVAC knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use standard tools

• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and bending
• Comfortable working indoors and on the plant floor
