Graphic Designer

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join a top retail company in Reynoldsburg, OH. This freelance position will run for 2 months and will have a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week onsite.

• Pay Rate: $37/HR\

Responsibilities:

• Develop production-ready graphic assets aligned to the brand aesthetic, including typography, layout, and visual treatments.
• Create accurate files for in-store and digital use, ensuring correct sizing, color, and formatting across all touchpoints.
• Translate approved design direction into consistent, scalable executions across multiple store locations.
• Collaborate with Visual Operations, Store Design, and Creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Pull and apply information from Excel spreadsheets to support layout and asset execution.
• Manage multiple production files while meeting strict timelines and maintaining high attention to detail.
• Follow established brand guidelines; this is a production-focused, not conceptual, creative role.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign (required).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and production design.
• Comfortable working with Excel for data application in layouts.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced setting.
