Location: Spotted Horse Guest Ranch – Jackson, Wyoming

The Spotted Horse Guest Ranch is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests in a beautiful, rustic ranch setting. This job is seasonal from May 1-November 1st

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality meals for guests and staff

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency

• Plan menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences

• Manage food ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships

• Maintain and control kitchen budgets and food costs

• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and sanitation standards

• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and ordering processes

• Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
