Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and approve change orders and submittals
• Develop and implement project schedules

Required Skills:

• Strong background in construction management
• Experience with architectural design and installation
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of estimating and proposal development

Nice to Have Skills:

• Electrical or engineering background
• Experience in strategy development and procurement
• Quality control and forecasting expertise
• Military background with negotiation skills
• Business development experience

Salary and Benefits:

Salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
