Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee change orders and submittals
• Ensure compliance with specifications and quality control standards
• Develop and implement project schedules and budgets

Required Skills:

• Strong background in construction management
• Experience with architectural design and installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electrical or engineering projects
• Knowledge of procurement and strategy development
• Background in military construction projects
• Business development experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of project management software

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
