Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN
Mode: 100% Onsite / 12 Months Contract
Pay Range: $34/hr to $38/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules
- Manage projects including new production equipment, process improvements, and cost reductions
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers and technicians
- Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations, driving validation strategies
- Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput through Lean manufacturing concepts
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering or technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills at multiple organizational levels
