Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the printing industry? Associates International is seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our team. You will be operating a Heidelberg CX75 six color press on first shift. As a leading marketing service provider in Wilmington, DE, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain offset printing press equipment
  • Ensure color accuracy and quality control throughout the printing process
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment

Required Skills:

  • Experience with offset printing and color management
  • Knowledge of bindery and finishing processes
  • Familiarity with commercial printing and lithography techniques
  • Ability to operate Heidelberg presses or other printing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and color matching skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with print finishing and die cutting processes
  • Understanding of color theory and print production processes
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Background in quality control inspection and preventive maintenance

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $45,000.00
  • Maximum Salary: $65,000.00
