Senior Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple production areas to ensure consistent, efficient, and continuous operational performance.
• Providing direction and support to production leads on manufacturing processes and daily operational needs.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for equipment issues, performance concerns, and team conflicts.
• Coordinate timely resolution of production, maintenance, and operational challenges to reduce downtime and avoid delays.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational issues, taking corrective action to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase productivity and overall operational effectiveness.
• Identify high ? potential employees with leadership capability and collaborate with senior leadership on developing future leaders.
• Create and support employee development plans in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide additional leadership coverage when senior leadership is unavailable.
• Conduct safety inspections, enforce safety policies, and promptly address hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report food safety concerns to management in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties, audits, and tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school, three years of successful front-line supervisor experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Passing of the Munsel Hue Color Assessment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and manuals in English; ability to speak effectively with company employees and other leaders in English.
• Capability to utilize problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work well with others, build partnerships and support team members.
• Able to utilize interpersonal and communication skills in daily work.
• Must be self-motivated and positive.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Salary: $75K-$90K
