Mobile Pet Vax is a rapidly growing, doctor-owned mobile veterinary practice serving the Greater Houston area. We’re hiring an Associate Veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality preventative medicine without the corporate treadmill.

Clients remain outside the vehicle during appointments, which means -

• Fewer distractions
• Minimal exam-room small talk
• More efficient workflows
• A calm, controlled clinical environment

If you enjoy practicing medicine but are tired of the emotional drain from difficult client interactions, this role was built intentionally for you. We provide a focused, structured mobile model built around efficiency, autonomy, and calm workflow.

Our Model (And Why Doctors Love It)

• Technician-Driven Appointments: our technicians manage all procedural aspects of the visit. You focus on diagnosis, treatment decisions, and oversight — not room turnover or front desk work.
• Simplified, Automated Records: our medical records are streamlined and largely automated. Documentation is efficient and structured to eliminate after-hours charting.
• 3–4 Day Work Week: full-time doctors work 3–4 days per week. No five-day grind.
• Built-In Downtime: appointments are efficient and scheduled with drive time between stops. That driving time becomes decompression time — not chaos.
• Preventative Medicine and Wellness Care: no “sick” visits, routine wellness and preventative care only
• No surgery requirements
• No hospitalized patients
• No overnight care
• No emergency call
• No corporate micromanagement

Compensation

Option A – Salary + Production

• $130,000 – $165,000 base (DOE)
• Production-based bonus with no negative accrual
• $10,000 – $25,000 signing bonus (structured payout)
• Uncapped earning potential

Option B – Day Rate

• $800 – $1,200 per day
• Conversion bonus available
