Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA (Private Country Club)
Schedule: Club operates Tuesday–Sunday (Mondays typically off). Open availability for remaining days/evenings, weekends, and holidays required. This position requires availability to be scheduled in the AM and/or PM.

The Role
We’re seeking two seasonal line cooks (experience level 2) for two seasonal positions in our Private Country Club. At Level II, you’re trusted to independently open and close shifts, run hot-line stations, manage prep, and plate with consistency and speed.
Seasonal Schedules (two openings)
1. Full-Time, April 1st - July (Mostly a la carte in a fast-casual Bistro)
2. Full-Time, May 1st - August (Mostly Banquets)
What You’ll Do
- Run hot-line stations (sauté, grill, fry) during banquet service; execute dishes to spec and on time.
- Prep, portion, and plate per standardized recipes and presentation standards.
- Support service in the outlet(s) of need.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards and a clean, organized workstation.
- Operate large-volume equipment safely and efficiently.
- Have the ability to handle multiple tickets at a time.
- Clean, stock, and restock stations; assist with receiving and storage.
- Take pride in presentation and quality; communicate effectively with chefs and teammates.
- Be a flexible team player with strong time management and a positive attitude.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must have breakfast experience.
- Proven ability to run hot-line stations independently.
- Strong knife skills; solid grasp of foundational cooking techniques.
- Experience with food preparation, handling, service, and meal prep at scale.
- Ability to read BEOs, follow recipes, and execute plating standards.
- ServSafe/CA Food Handler (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Reliable evening/weekend/holiday availability Tuesday–Sunday.
- A good attitude!
