Job Summary:
The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting and guiding HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent employee experience, compliance, and workforce effectiveness. This role partners closely with leadership to manage employee relations, workforce planning, and HR initiatives while driving engagement and operational alignment.

As a Regional Human Resources Manager, You Will:
  • Partner with site leadership to support safe, productive, and fully staffed operations across multiple locations
  • Coach HR teams and site leaders on employee relations, performance management, and daily HR operations
  • Develop leadership capability by guiding managers on accountability, communication, and team management
  • Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing strategies to meet operational demands
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and documentation across all sites
  • Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations issues, investigations, and leadership challenges
  • Support audits related to HR processes, compliance, and documentation while implementing corrective actions
  • Monitor turnover, attendance, and engagement trends to identify risks and recommend solutions
  • Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives, organizational changes, and process improvements
  • Utilize data and reporting to support decision-making and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with operations, recruiting, and leadership teams to align HR with business goals

Skills/Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, production, agriculture, food production, or similar environments
  • 2+ years of experience managing HR teams across multiple locations
  • Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and influence decision-making
  • Experience supporting operations in fast-paced, production-driven environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive consistency across sites
  • Experience leading or mentoring HR team members
  • HRIS experience, ADP preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%-50%

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
