What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a full-time (30-40 hours weekly) or part-time (up to 30 hours weekly) Commercial Lines Account Manager with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, well-organized, knowledgeable and have a team player mindset. 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and billing inquiries.
• Market and quote new and renewal business with carriers.
• Review policies and coverage for accuracy.
• Maintain documentation in the agency management system (Eclipse).
• Assist with claims reporting and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with management.

Minimum Requirements

• License: Property & Casualty (TX)
• Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines experience as an Account Manager with an independent insurance agency

Preferred Skills

• Management System: Eclipse
• Computer Skills: Adobe, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
