Compensation And Benefits
- Salary between $75k and $110k depending on qualifications and experience
- 401(k) with 4% match

Activities and Deliverables
- Prepare standard and specialized financial reports.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries into accounts and document business transactions.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Process expenses, issue invoices, and update related systems.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, consolidations, etc.
- Manage payroll, taxes, commissions, etc.
- Work with our external CPA to complete our annual audit and tax returns.
- General administrative work: meeting coordination, office management, travel arrangements.
- Assist all departments with a variety of special time-critical tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Trusted to interact with customers effectively and without supervision.
- Able to understand priorities, clarify as needed, and ensure top priorities get done even if lower priorities slip.
- Able to type at least 50wpm without errors.
- Able to lift 50lb boxes to table height.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent education.
- College degree not required. Relevant college experience will be considered.
