Traveling Superintendent ( 100% Travel )

Summary/Objective

Rabine Paving America provides asphalt and concrete pavement services nationwide for commercial clients. We are seeking a National Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of parking lots across the U.S. This role involves managing project timelines, subcontractors, and resources, with up to 100% travel required.

Essential Functions

• Manages construction of large parking lots nationwide
• Ensures timely delivery of equipment and materials
• Manages vendors for projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction industry experience
• Paving industry or project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Project Management a plus

Work Environment

This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and requires travel to different locations. Safety equipment and training will be provided.

Physical Demands

Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding tasks in different weather conditions, including lifting up to 75 lbs.

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
