HVAC Technician

About Us:
Rabine Mechanical is a leading commercial HVAC service provider, specializing in service, repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacements for national and local clients. We are seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will excel in diagnostics, repairs, and equipment replacements.

Skills / Responsibilities:

1. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
2. Diagnose and repair various commercial HVAC equipment
3. Execute equipment replacements from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, with at least 5 years as a lead technician
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Proven ability to perform equipment replacements independently

Work Environment:
This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, with travel required within and occasionally out of state. Safety equipment and training provided.

Physical Demands:
Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, and extended periods of standing.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full time - 40 hours per week.

Travel:
Local travel required (including Wisconsin and Indiana).
