Responsibilities: Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring timely and accurate assessment of vital signs and overall condition Manage pain control and administer medications as needed under physician guidelines Provide patient and family education on postoperative care and discharge instructions Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current RN license and PACU certification or demonstrated PACU experience Strong knowledge of post-anesthesia physiology and nursing care standards Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team Commitment to patient safety and compassionate care Schedule/Hours: Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM No weekends No call This contract role is ideal for an RN-PACU seeking a consistent day schedule without weekend or call duties in a supportive clinical environment.
