Salary: $2,607.12 - $2,807.12 /wk

Become a vital part of the care team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist in Altoona, PA. You will execute physician orders for CT imaging, administer contrast agents per protocol, and operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for a hospital setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years CT technologist experience.
  • Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography or ARRT certification with CT registry eligibility per facility policy.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience performing contrast-enhanced CT studies and following contrast administration protocols.
  • Experience working in a hospital imaging department or similar acute care environment.
  • Ability to operate multidetector CT scanners and routine post-processing software.
  • Preferred: Experience with trauma protocols, vascular CTA, or advanced post-processing (3D reconstructions).

  • Shift details: Any 8-hour shift within a variable schedule (variable 5x8 covering 00:00-24:00 rotations).
  • Assignment length: 13 week assignment.
